Depressive symptoms and physical activity during 3 decades in adult life

Associations have been documented between physical activity and depressive symptoms, but the direction of this association is unclear. This study examine whether depressive symptoms are concurrent with physical activity and the direction of the relationship from 23 to 50 years of age.
